# Google Reviews

## Overview

HeyHappy makes it a breeze to ask for a Google Review from your happy customers, while their positive experience is still fresh in their mind!

As soon as your customer leaves a positive reaction, HeyHappy will ask for a Google Review by showing a large button that links directly to your Google Review page.

## Getting Started

The first step to start asking for Google Reviews is to setup you [Google Review Link in settings](https://heyhappy.io/show-settings/integration).

If you do not have a Google Review Link defined in the settings, the Google Reviews feature is disabled and HeyHappy will not ask your customers to leave a Google Review.

If a customer leaves a positive reaction (and they have not already left a Google Review), HeyHappy will ask them to leave a Google Review as shown below.

If the customer clicks on the button, HeyHappy will record that the customer clicked the button so we do not ask again, and bring the customer to the Google Review page (defined in settings) as shown below.

HeyHappy will also send a notification email (shown below) to the Google Review Notification configured in the settings.
