# Welcome

We believe in simplicity, automation, and of course great customer service! Our goal is to build a tool that's so simple that it's self-explanatory to use, runs with minimal interaction on your part, and promotes a culture of great customer service within your organization.

We've done our best to document the steps to setup the integration with ConnectWise, Google Places, and outline the best practices for using our tool.

This documentation is a work in progress, so please feel free to let us know if we can improve the instructions in some way.
